In her role as Chief Executive Officer of Seeds of Health, Inc., Jodi Weber leverages more than 30 years’
experience in Milwaukee urban education to manage and grow a highly successful, complex network of
public charter and partnership schools.

Jodi began her tenure with Seeds of Health in 1993, serving as a social worker, then as a teacher at
Grandview High School. She then went on to become the first principal of Veritas High School (2001-
2007), where she helped build the school from the ground up, defining the school’s culture and climate,
hiring staff, developing policies and procedures, and establishing a student recruitment program. Following
her work at Veritas, Jodi went on to lead Tenor High School as the school’s second principal (2007-2012).
Jodi’s accomplishments at Tenor included formulating and implementing a highly innovative dual
certification model in partnership with Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). Jodi became the
Assistant Executive Director of Seeds of Health, Inc. in 2012. In this role, Jodi successfully managed
contracts and relationships with school authorizers, mentored Seeds’ educational leaders, and instituted
major network-wide improvements, including the Educator Effectiveness evaluation program, data-driven
curriculum updates, and restructured professional development efforts. She also spearheaded key initiatives,
including the development and implementation of Seeds of Health’s Comprehensive School Mental Health
System with Wellpoint Care Network and career pathway programs in cooperation with MATC, the Local
420, and other partners. With the retirement of Seeds of Health’s longtime Executive Director, Jodi became
the agency’s Chief Executive Officer in July 2024.
Jodi holds an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University and a B.A. in Social Welfare
from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed the Postbaccalaureate Teacher Certification
Program at Mount Mary University. Jodi enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband and two
children.
