About Me

Kelly Rampelberg is thrilled to begin her role as the Director of Student Services at Seeds of Health. With a diverse background across both the private and public sectors, she brings extensive experience working in a variety of educational roles. She has served in both general and special education settings, supporting students with a wide range of needs and abilities. Her work has included direct instruction, behavioral support, and collaborative planning with multidisciplinary teams.

In addition to classroom experience, Kelly has been actively involved in teacher training and professional development, helping educators grow in their practice and better meet the needs of all learners. She is a certified CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) instructor, with a focus on mental health and student well-being. Through this work, Kelly has emphasized de-escalation strategies, trauma-informed care, and fostering safe, supportive learning environments.

Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and in various roles—teachers, administrators, specialists, and support staff—building strong, collaborative relationships that drive student success and promote a culture of care and inclusion.

Kelly holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Educational Leadership, a Master of Education in Learning and Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and General Education. She is currently working toward her Doctor of Education and will receive her degree in December 2025.

Outside of her professional life, Kelly is a proud mom who finds joy in the simple, meaningful moments of everyday life. She is an avid baker who loves experimenting with new recipes and sharing sweet treats with family and friends. She also enjoys small-scale gardening, finding peace in tending to my plants and growing my own herbs and vegetables.

A true tea enthusiast, She rarely goes a day without a cozy cup in hand. She loves exploring local farmers markets and never passes up the chance to stroll through a charming small town—especially if it includes a bakery or antique shop. These small joys keep her grounded and inspired, both personally and professionally.

“My favorite thing about working in education is the opportunity to make a real, lasting impact on students' lives. Whether it's helping a child build confidence, supporting a teacher in finding new strategies, or creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, every day offers a chance to contribute to something meaningful. I also love the variety—no two days are the same—and the constant learning and growth that comes with working alongside passionate educators and students.”
