A distinctive characteristic of Veritas High School is its support services, which address specific student concerns. A full-time guidance counselor works with students on developing their vocational path, as well as providing information and preparing students for post-secondary education. A guidance counselor works with students to provide personal support, develop career paths and prepare them for post graduation education. In addition, our administrative staff is available to work with our students regarding school issues.
Individualized Attention
Classes range in size from 22-25 per teacher. Veritas High School is dedicated to meeting the needs of individual students. Many times extra help is necessary for students to be successful. Tutorial opportunities are provided Monday - Thursday from 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. Additional time will be available on Fridays from 2:05 - 3:00 p.m.
In addition students will develop a mentoring relationship with an individual instructor who will be there to guide them throughout their stay at Veritas High School.
