Mission

 
The Tenor High School mission is to prepare Milwaukee students for successful entry to post-secondary education and career opportunities through the dual completion of a high school diploma and a Milwaukee Area Technical College program certificate or technical diploma, and/or credits in a post-secondary degree program.

Tenor is a high performing school, with over 90% of graduates enrolled in post-secondary institutions and training programs 
 
Tenor graduates receive a free year of college at MATC, earning a certificate or technical diploma in a specific area of concentration, credits for an associate's degree, or credits which transfer to 2 or 4 year degree programs
